Hazel Joy Talent is a fresh, modern agency representing babies, children and teens aged 0–18 for opportunities across modelling, commercials, television, film, voiceover and stage. We want every young person we represent to feel comfortable being themselves, because we believe that’s when their personality truly shines. Our lead agent, Jessie Hazel, brings over 10 years of experience working with children and young performers aged 0–18. Throughout her career, Jessie has worked with more than 1,000 children and young people across dance, drama and singing, developing their confidence and performance skills and helping young talent gain professional opportunities within the industry. This experience has given Jessie a genuine understanding of young performers — recognising their individual strengths and potential, while understanding the importance of encouragement, guidance and creating an environment where children can thrive. Hazel Joy Talent was created to offer a personal, supportive and approachable experience for young talent and their families, alongside the professionalism, reliability and communication expected by casting directors, production companies and brands. We take the time to get to know the children and young people we represent, building genuine relationships with our families and matching our talent with opportunities where they can be themselves, grow in confidence and shine.
